Rocco Criazzo

Rocco Criazzo began playing trombone at age 10 in his hometown of Auburn, NY. He earned bachelor's and master's degrees from the Dana School of Music, in Trombone Performance and Music Education. Rocco has performed as a bassist, trombonist and vocalist for 30 years, with organizations including the Youngstown Symphony Orchestra, Youngstown Playhouse and Big Band Sound of Packard. He was an adjunct professor at the Dana School of Music where he taught Rock and Roll History, Jazz History and Film Music. Currently, Rocco teaches music in Warren City Schools and works as a freelance musician.

Rocco has been a member of SugarFuzz Orchestra, Gold Dust Woman (Fleetwood Mac tribute), Sabor Latino, Broken Reins and Radio Pulse.

Rocco has performed with Chuck Mangione, Sean Jones, Randy Purcell and has opened for Kansas, Foreigner, The Commodores, Average White Band , J. Geils and Bobby "Blue" Bland.
